Alyce Tran from The Daily Edited chooses her 2018 Flaunter Emerging Designers
The Flaunter Emerging Designer campaign showcases collections by 100 top graduates from Australia’s leading fashion schools. The 2018 participants are an incredibly talented bunch, making it the toughest year ever for our judges to pick their top 5 ‘designers to watch’.
Alyce Tran carved a niche for a personalised and accessible product back in 2011 and has proven to the market that monogramming is more than just a trend – it’s a lifestyle. Alyce is also famous for the most incredible popup installations and photoshoots – her on point colour blocking skills, in particular, are a sight to behold. With a personal love of designer fashion and having created an in-demand global brand, we were excited to get Alyce’s take on the 2018 graduate collections.
“I see student collections all the time and think these all have massive potential. Each one could be commercialised!”

“I like what she’s done here without much else going on in the background, it’s definitely about the beautiful shape of the dress and the model which I think is great!”
CAROLINE REZNIK (WHITEHOUSE)
“I love the line and details of the dress. I love the model’s pose in this image as well.”
