Oi Oi x Flaunter Giveaway

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

  2. The Promoter is Flaunter (“Promoter”).

  3. The promotion opens on 02/09/2024 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 30/09/2024 (“Promotional Period”).

  4. Entry is open to individuals who are: (a) Residents of Australia (b) Aged 18 years or older 

    (c) valid media, influencer, stylist or content creators. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. 

  5. To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period: Create a free media profile on Flaunter at https://app.flaunter.com/onboarding/media.

  6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached the Terms and Conditions or tampered with the entry process in any way.  

  7. The draw will take place on 02/10/2024 at 2:00pm AEST at Flaunter HQ, 130-140 Parraweena Road, Miranda NSW 2228, Australia.  The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. 

  8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  9. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize consisting of the following: 1 x Mini Sunburst Insulated Bag, 1 x Midi Sunburst Insulated Bag and 1 x Maxi Sunburst Insulated Bag valued at AUD$225.85. The prize is non-transferrable.

  10. Winners will be notified by email on 03/10/2024 and will be published on our Instagram and Facebook account.

  11. If for any reason the winner does not take or claim the prize within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. 

  12. A draw for any prize, if unclaimed my take place on insert date 4 weeks from winner notification at the same time and place as the original draw. The winners, if any, will be notified by email.

  13. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

  14. By entering into the competition, you agree to opt in to receive communications from Flaunter. These communications may include marketing materials, promotional offers, and other information related to products, services, and events offered by Flaunter. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting Flaunter directly. Please note that opting out of these communications may impact your eligibility to participate in future competitions or promotions offered by Flaunter.

  15. The Promoter collects personal information as part of the Flaunter account registration process in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
